Healing begins from within.

My name is Reiko, originally from Chiba, Japan. From a young age, I felt a natural calling to help people who were experiencing pain.

As a teenager, I went through emotional challenges that led me to reflect deeply on myself and life. This inner journey eventually guided me to Canada, where my healing path truly began.

After fracturing my shoulder, I decided to pursue a path as a healing practitioner. Through my own recovery, I became deeply interested in therapeutic care and holistic healing. I graduated from CCMH (Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy) in 2009 and have worked as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 15 years.

Through years of clinical practice, I realized that true healing goes beyond muscles alone. In 2018, I returned to Japan to study Meridian Shiatsu under Masunaga Sensei, which inspired me to further explore Eastern medicine.

Motivated by my studies in shiatsu, I entered OCTCM (Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) to deepen my understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in 2023 I graduated and became a Registered Acupuncturist (RAcu).

After continuing my personal and professional exploration, I met my teacher, Mr. Yokoyama. Through his guidance, I was introduced to Qi-based diagnosis and deeper energetic perspectives, which continue to influence my holistic approach today.

Today, I integrate massage therapy, acupuncture, meridian shiatsu, and holistic practices to support balance of the body, mind, and spirit. My goal is not only to relieve pain, but to help clients restore energy flow, resilience, and long-term well-being.
